On-going thesis project. The project proposes a series of constructed mirages in the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat in the world. The thesis is looking at the ability of architecture to shape not just the perception of space, but also the perception of cognition. Utilizing techniques of optical physics and material, the installations will create imprecise readings of precise forms.
